General Policies

 

Payment

​

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment types accepted are with CC, Apple Pay or Cash. A small Credit Card Processing Fee will be applied to all CC Payments. $5 under $100 charge and $10 over  a $150 charge.

Refunds

​

Since this is a full service specialty we do not offer any refunds. Since I want every client to walk away 100% satisfied we I will discuss any concerns you may have after your appointment and will come up with a plan moving forward to be sure your happy and satisfied. If you are not happy with your lashes I will remove them free of charge within the 2 days of your visit.

CC on File

A CC will be required to be on file. In the event of a no show, cancelled or re-scheduled appointment with less then 48 hours notice , a  nonrefundable service charge may be applied.

No Shows

​

I will take you up to 15 minutes late. Any longer will be considered a "NO SHOW" and may be charged. All "NO SHOW" appointments may be charged 50% of their service fee they were scheduled for. If you think you may run late please call to discuss.

Late

​

You must cancel 48 hours in advance of your appointment so that someone on the waiting list can fill your spot. If you are a "NO SHOW" you may be charged 50% of the prior service fee upon your next visit.

Fills

​

Choose the correct fill type that suits the amount of lashes you have. If you chose a 2 week fill and  have less then 75% of your lashes  or a 3 week fill with less than 65% of your lashes left you will be charged for the extra lashes that need to be applied to bring you back to a full set. If you are less than 50% full then you will be charged for a full new set.

Re-Booking Fee

If your fill appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice you may be charged a $25 re-booking fee before your next appointment can be rescheduled.

No Children Allowed

​

My lash room is small and due to the fact that your eyes are shut during your procedure I can not have children of any age in my lash room. I

can not do my job and watch your children at the same time. This is just a liability my business can not have.  If you come to your appointment with child/ren we will need to reschedule your appointment and a 50% fee for your now rescheduled appointment will be charged for loss time and income.
